Our Lake View Dining Room is the perfect setting for everything from a small gathering, an informal cafeteria style meal, passed hors d’oeurves, or a full plated formal meal. The flexibility of the space and the wide selection of menu options means we can provide the perfect dining experience for your group.

We have an excellent reputation for great food and we’re proud of it. Our skilled food service team continually receive compliments and accolades from our guests.

Our executive chef has been leading our food service team for over a decade and providing our guests with outstanding meals. He is a Chef Instructor at two local community colleges, Gluten-Free Resource Education and Awareness Trained, Aller Train certified, and Serve-Safe certified.

Our sous chefs are graduates of the Culinary Institute of America with degrees in Culinary Arts. They have previously worked at a variety of restaurants at Disney Resorts and one of them spent five years as Chef Supervisor at The Ritz Carlton in Orlando! They are also Serve-Safe certified.

With a focus on using fresh, locally sourced ingredients (including our own herb garden), dining at Trout Lake is sure to please.
