A Scenic, Flexible Space Overlooking Trout Lake

Located on the lower level of our Lake View Center, the Mountain View Room is a bright, welcoming event space featuring expansive windows that look out across Trout Lake toward Camelback Mountain. While it is most commonly used for wedding cocktail hours, its flexible layout makes it equally suited for showers, family gatherings, meetings, and retreat programming.

Whether guests are mingling indoors or stepping out onto the adjoining deck, the Mountain View Room offers a relaxed, scenic atmosphere perfect for any event.

A full-service bar ideal for cocktail hours and private events
Comfortable lounge-style seating with sofas at each end of the room

Direct access to a spacious outdoor deck perfect for additional mingling space

Our Outdoor Deck & Bar

The Mountain View Room opens onto a beautifully updated lakeside deck, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor flow that guests love during cocktail hours and social events. The deck features ample, comfortable seating, overhead market lights that create a warm twilight glow, and lush greenery and planters that enhance the natural lakeside atmosphere. Overhead heaters extend its use into the cooler months, making this space inviting in every season.

For added versatility, you can also incorporate the nearby outdoor bar, which can be tailored to your event’s unique style. Many couples choose to offer barista-made specialty coffees as guests mingle, while others opt for beer and wine service or a full premium bar. Seasonal cocktails and curated signature drinks can be added as well, allowing you to bring a personalized touch to your cocktail hour.

Trout Lake and the team made our wedding a dream come true. I fell in love with the venue at first sight– the setting was beautiful and all of the accommodations were stellar. However, it was the team that really sets this venue apart from the rest. The day of our wedding was completely stress-free because they had everything under control and were there with us every step of the way if we needed something. Everyone was kind and fun and felt like they all felt like they were celebrating with us, not just working.
