Do Uber and Lyft serve the Trout Lake area?
Yes. Uber and Lyft both operate in our region, and guests are welcome to use rideshare services for drop-off and pick-up.
Where should vendors park?
Vendors may park near the entrance-gate end of the main parking lot, leaving the front rows available for guests. Upon arrival, our staff will direct vendors to temporary unloading areas close to the event space they are servicing.
Can guests leave their car overnight?
Yes. Guests attending a wedding or event may leave their vehicle overnight in our overflow gravel parking lot located across from the exit gate. Vehicles must be retrieved the following morning.
Do you offer valet parking?
We do not offer valet parking at this time. All on-site parking is self-parking.
Do you have shuttle bus recommendations?
Yes. We provide suggestions for local shuttle and transportation companies on our Preferred Vendors list, which is available to all booked couples.
