Arriving at Trout Lake is simple and stress-free. Our property is designed to accommodate weddings, retreats, and special events with ample free parking.

Whether guests are driving themselves, arriving by shuttle or bus, or need assistance getting to a ceremony or reception site, our team ensures everyone feels welcome and well-supported from the moment they arrive.

Parking At Trout Lake

All parking on-site is complimentary.

Our parking includes:

Large, paved parking lot with capacity for wedding-sized events
Accessible parking spaces close to the front of the parking lot
Bus and shuttle drop-off zones

Wedding guests will be welcomed at the entrance gate upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and organized flow throughout your event.

Transportation Assistance

We understand that some areas of our 500-acre property include natural terrain or longer walking distances. To help guests move comfortably around the grounds, we offer golf cart assistance for those with mobility needs, including transportation to and from ceremony locations such as the Stone Overlook Pergola, the Woodland Pavilion, and the Lakeside Arbor.

We are always happy to assist with advance planning so every guest feels comfortable and cared for. Please keep in mind that boarding a golf cart requires stepping up approximately 16 inches. If a guest cannot safely manage this step, we recommend bringing a mobility scooter or wheelchair and arranging for a family member to provide transportation around the property.

Frequent Questions

Do Uber and Lyft serve the Trout Lake area?
Yes. Uber and Lyft both operate in our region, and guests are welcome to use rideshare services for drop-off and pick-up.

Where should vendors park?
Vendors may park near the entrance-gate end of the main parking lot, leaving the front rows available for guests. Upon arrival, our staff will direct vendors to temporary unloading areas close to the event space they are servicing.

Can guests leave their car overnight?
Yes. Guests attending a wedding or event may leave their vehicle overnight in our overflow gravel parking lot located across from the exit gate. Vehicles must be retrieved the following morning.

Do you offer valet parking?
We do not offer valet parking at this time. All on-site parking is self-parking.

Do you have shuttle bus recommendations?
Yes. We provide suggestions for local shuttle and transportation companies on our Preferred Vendors list, which is available to all booked couples.
