What makes Trout Lake truly unique is its dual life: part wedding venue, part summer camp. And while our weekends in spring are filled with music, laughter, and the clinking of champagne glasses, starting in June our facility begins to welcome campers and staff from all over the world.

We want our couples to know that even as we pivot into our camp season, our dedication to wedding planning doesn’t pause. Our team remains available throughout the summer to answer questions, assist with decisions, and schedule in-person appointments by request.

Throughout the summer, we’ll continue to provide planning support for all of our wedding clients. We offer:

• Meetings by appointment during weekday office hours
• Ongoing email, text, and phone communication
• Venue tours and walkthroughs arranged in advance
• Support for vendor coordination, timeline updates, and last-minute questions

While campers may be enjoying s’mores and sports across the property, our weddings office stays in motion—preparing for the fall season and helping each couple bring their vision to life.
